Wanted: Enterprise sales executive

You’ll be joining a highly motivated sales team - with many levels of experience.

As an enterprise sales executive, you'll be responsible for the full sales cycle: generating new leads, booking & hosting online demonstrations, face-to-face meetings, and negotiating and closing deals with CEOs.

We're looking for a highly driven self-starter who's excited about working in a fast-paced technology company that's helping to pioneer business intelligence in the recruitment sector. You'll get the chance to work with customers and prospects from all over the world, as we sell to clients throughout the UK, EU, Asia, and the Americas. We’ll provide an exciting environment with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. Our enterprise sales executive will be supported by an extremely effective marketing team and junior sales reps, who will deliver qualified leads to add to those you generate yourself.

  • Proven track record selling software to C-Level executives
  • Evidence of consistently hitting sales targets
  • Comfortable managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and team work skills
  • Quick thinking, logical, structured, and organised with the ability to effectively prioritise
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Able to demonstrate a professional manner when dealing with others
  • Recruitment industry experience (recruiting or selling to) very desirable
  • Demonstrable experience of a high standard attention to detail
  • Evidence of independent learning
  • Interest in coaching junior team members essential
